Guy began riding at the age of 8 and has competed internationally since the age of 10. He has been U21 National Champion on two occasions. He has been a member of British Show jumping team on many occasions. Guy has achieved remarkable success throughout his career with horses. He is ambitious and enthusiastic about his sport, he is a young man with the determination to get to the top. Notable successes to date include International wins in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain and UK. He has been a member of the British Nations Cup team since the age of 19. He was on the long list for the Olympic Games in Atlanta and Sydney. Guy had a wonderful partnership with his horse Sagrat. Together they won 10 of the 12 International Puissance events that they competed in. They have set new height records for the Puissance at Olympia both in 1996 and 1997. They have also been successful in Derbies and Grand Prix with places in Barcelona, Hickstead and La Baule. Guy is based in Germany where he specialises in training young horses.
